Edna Louise Garret was born in Marion County, Florida near Ocala.Moved to Lake Wales in 1955.She was Para Professional with the Polk County School Board, Janie Howard Wilson Elementary and Ralph Bunch School, Frostproof. A member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Lake Wales,and choir.Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Rev. Cecil C. Garrett, Lake Wales;
one son, Cecil C. Garrett II, Lake Wales; daughters, Sylvia Lewis of Winter Haven, Selinda Lawrence and Cassandra Richards of Lake Wales; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation : Thursday 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Epps Chapel.05/27/2010
