Memorial Service: Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Corenerstone Church, Mammoth Grove Road, Mammoth Grove, Lake Wales.

Mask Required.

Visitation: Monday, October 4, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Epps Chapel. Mask Required.

Interment: Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow, Florida. Mask Required.
